Welcome to Story Bloom! These Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Terms") govern your use of the Story Bloom mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by Pixology Sp z o.o. ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using our App, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into this binding End User License Agreement, you consent to the zero-tolerance policy in Section 6, and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Mandatory Acceptance and Zero-Tolerance Acknowledgement: By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also acknowledge that you are entering into this binding End User License Agreement and that you have the authority to do so.
1. The Service
Story Bloom is an AI-powered application that allows users to create, view, and share unique stories. The App may include features for generating stories based on user input, sharing stories with others, and a special "Kids Mode."

3. Eligibility and Child Use
To create an account and agree to these Terms, you must be at least 18 years of age, or 16 years of age or older with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian who creates an account may permit a child of any age to use the App through the "Kids Mode" feature, provided the child is under their direct supervision. If you are a parent or guardian permitting your child to use the App, you are agreeing to these Terms on your child's behalf and are fully responsible for their use of the App.
4. Kids Mode and Parental Responsibility
The App offers a "Kids Mode" designed to provide a more controlled environment for children. When enabling Kids Mode, parents or legal guardians agree to the following:
- Full Responsibility: You, as the parent or legal guardian, assume full and sole responsibility for the content your child accesses, creates, and shares through the App, even within Kids Mode.
- Content Curation: Kids Mode is intended to ensure a child only sees content curated by their parent or guardian. However, the social sharing features of the App mean that content from other users may be accessible. It is your responsibility to manage these features and supervise your child's use.
- AI Limitations: We utilize sophisticated algorithms to evaluate the safety and appropriateness of generated content. However, no algorithm is perfect, and mistakes can happen. We disclaim all liability for any content generated by our AI that you or your child may find inappropriate or harmful.
- Supervision: You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the App at all times.
5. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. During account creation, you must affirmatively accept these Terms, our End User License Agreement, and the zero-tolerance policy described below. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You can request the deletion of your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will hold your account data for a grace period of 30 days to prevent accidental or malicious deletion. After this 30-day period, all your personal data associated with the account will be permanently erased.
6. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content
Story Bloom is a community built on creativity, inclusivity, and safety. By using the App, you agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Specifically, you agree not to create, upload, or share any User-Generated Content that:
- Contains hate speech, discriminatory language, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Displays or solicits sexually explicit material, exploitation, or content that is pornographic in nature.
- Encourages unlawful activities, including the use of weapons, drugs, or other illicit behavior.
- Includes spam, scams, or deceptive or malicious content intended to mislead or defraud others.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove objectionable content, suspend functionality, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking
We employ a combination of automated filters, AI-assisted review, and human moderation to detect and reduce objectionable content. These systems operate continuously but may not catch all violations immediately. You acknowledge that we may review User-Generated Content to enforce these Terms and improve our safety measures.
- Reporting Tools: The App provides in-product mechanisms for you to report or flag content or users you believe violate these Terms. Reports are reviewed promptly, and we commit to removing confirmed objectionable content and ejecting offending users within 24 hours of verification.
- Blocking Tools: You may block other users from interacting with you or viewing your shared content. Blocking can be managed from within the App, and blocked users will no longer be able to view your profile or content where platform features make that possible.
- Cooperation: We may contact you for additional information about a report you submit, and we may share relevant information with law enforcement or other authorities where required by law.
Misuse of reporting or blocking tools is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers paid subscriptions for premium features.
- Payment Processing: All payments are managed and processed exclusively through third-party platforms: the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) and the Google Play Store (for Android devices).
- Third-Party Services: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status across platforms. However, your purchase will be subject to the applicable payment policies of Apple or Google, which may not be refundable.
- Payment Support: We do not process or store your payment card details. For any issues related to payments, billing, or refunds, you must contact Apple or Google support directly.
9. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
- Our Intellectual Property: The App, its features, design, code, and all underlying technology and content (excluding User-Generated Content) are the exclusive property of Pixology Sp z o.o. and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
- User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the copyright to the unique stories you create ("User-Generated Content").
- License to You: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content you generate solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes within the Story Bloom App. This license is contingent upon your compliance with these Terms and your active subscription, if applicable.
- License to Us: By creating content with the App, you grant Pixology Sp z o.o. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, store, display, and modify your User-Generated Content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and improving the App and its services. This license is necessary for us to, for example, save your stories to your account and enable you to share them at your direction.
- License for Publicly Shared Content: The App allows you to share your stories publicly, for example, by making them visible in a "Discover" tab. If you choose to share your User-Generated Content publicly, you grant us an expanded, perpetual license. This includes all rights from the section above and also grants us the right to feature, promote, and distribute your publicly shared content on our own social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.) and in other marketing materials.
- Persistence of Public Use: If you change the status of a story from public back to private, we will no longer create new public posts with it. However, you acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to find and remove any posts or materials featuring that content that were already published on our social media or in marketing materials while the story was public.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Generate, post, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, exploits minors, or otherwise violates the zero-tolerance policy outlined in Section 6.
- Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the App.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Furthermore, you agree not to:
- Export, copy, or otherwise remove any User-Generated Content from the App for use on other platforms or for commercial purposes.
- Sell, license, or distribute any content created within the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixology Sp z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
