6. Safety, Moderation, and Support
To keep Story Bloom safe, we process certain data to detect and respond to objectionable content and abusive behavior:
- Automated and Human Review: We use automated filters, AI-assisted classifiers, and human moderators to identify potentially objectionable stories and profiles. These systems may analyze text, images, audio, or metadata you provide in the App.
- User Reports and Flags: When you flag content or users, we receive the information you submit along with contextual data necessary to investigate. We may contact you for additional details.
- Blocking: If you block another user, we store the block relationship so that the blocked user cannot interact with you.
- Response Commitment: Confirmed objectionable content is removed and offending accounts are suspended or terminated within 24 hours of verification.
Data processed for moderation purposes is retained only as long as needed to enforce our policies, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
7. Marketing and Analytics
- In-App Analytics: We may partner with third-party analytics providers to monitor and analyze the use of our App. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your activities within the App. This helps us understand user behavior and improve our service.

8. Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will hold your account data for a grace period of 30 days to prevent accidental or malicious deletion. After this 30-day period, all your personal data associated with the account will be permanently erased.

A parent or legal guardian must create the account and, through our "Kids Mode," may authorize a child to use our service under their direct supervision. We rely on this parent or guardian to provide verifiable consent for the collection of the child's personal information, which includes content created by the child (such as stories and drawings).
If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
